Manuscript sources NYPL JOB 73-132, holograph score, with completion dates at the ends of the movements, here in different order: I. Rainfall, dated 2./I. 1942; II. Dusk Hour, dated 13./I. 1942; III. Lullaby, dated 24./XI. 1941; and At the Chicken Farm, dated 7./I. 1942. A second holograph score of Lullaby (4 pg.; YU-KWP, box 15/folder 436) is undated but signed KW at the end. Here the movement has the tempo indication Moderato; in the upper right corner of p. 1 the composer, in ink, wrote "Yosemite" (scare quotes included), but the word was crossed out in pencil and replaced above with the name Karl Weigl in all capital letters.
